- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is over priced, understaffed, in and out take your money mentality. If you have questions or a problem with your return, don't expect any resolution. You will get shuffled around much like a government bureaucracy. I would highly recommend you find another firm and this comes from personal experience. The yearly questionnaire you are required to submit, takes about 2 hours to complete and most is not relevant. Then the fancy automated website is where you will attempt to upload documents, communicate and whatever. Most of which is difficult and not user friendly. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Highly recommend. I've used them a couple of times, started when I was a travel nurse. Very convenient, easy to communicate with by email and respond w/n 24 hours. Service is great.
